(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents No1 and 2 to inquire case FIR No.1015 dated 18.12.2018 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Assandh, Karnal in the light of representations dated 20.08.2019 and 25.11.2019 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) by constituting Special Investigating Team or through any senior police official. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Karnal, is directed to look into representations (Annexures P-2 and P-3) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Karnal, to look into representations of the RAVINDER SINGH 2020.02.06 11:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
