This petition is filed for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 282, dated 3rd November, 2019, under Sections 22-C and 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar, Ratia, District Fatehabad.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach the Sessions Court to show change in circumstances after dismissal of the earlier petition.
