(Oral) This writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 05.12.2018 passed by respondent No.1 (Annexure P-3) vide which Sanad Takseem dated 07.01.2016 and Naksha beh dated 06.11.2015 and Naksha Zim dated 07.12.2015 had been set aside and matter has been remanded back to the Assistant Collector 1st Grade Narnaul to decide afresh after giving due opportunity to all concerned parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he restricts his prayer only to the extent of issuance of direction to the Assistant Collector 1st Grade to decide the case expeditiously preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
