Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'BNSS'), for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct the fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.156 dated 06.09.2024 (P-1), under Section 109 read with Section 3(5) of BNSS and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Jaswant Singh, has apprised the Court that investigation is going on in the matter and LOC against one of the accused namely Nasib Singh has already been issued. He has also apprised that raids are being conducted at the residence of second accused.
