(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioners, in a case arising from FIR No.177 dated 05.11.2018, registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985, Police Station Chhajli, District Sangrur. According to the prosecution, 5090 intoxicating tablets were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners without any permit or licence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Petitioners are in custody since 05.11.2018.

In view of above, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioners are granted interim bail subject to SONIKA 2019.02.12 15:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
