PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Short reply by way of affidavit of Surendra Lamba, IPS, SSP, Hoshiarpur, Distt. Hoshiarpur has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 today in Court, which is taken on record. Operative part thereof reads as under :

"4. That during investigation of FIR, accused namely Vijay Kumar son of Dharam Chand & Neeraj son of Vinod Kumar were arrested in the present FIR on 07.11.2023 and have been granted concession of regular bail vide order dated 17.11.2023 by the Court of Ld. Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Mukerian and after completion of investigation Challan U/s 173 Cr. PC has been presented against both the accused namely Vijay Kumar son of Dharam Chand & Neeraj CONER Son of Vinod Kumar on 01.12.2023 and next date of hearing in the said case is 10.01.2024. However, it would be appropriate to mention here that the third accused namely Nirmal Kaur @ Meenakshi wife of Buta Singh had unfortunately expired on 21.03.2022 and death certificate duly authenticated by husband (Buta Singh) of deceased has been obtained and made part of final report U/s 173 Cr. P.C."
