(Oral) The petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer by way of writ of mandamus for issuance of directions to the respondents to pay/release all the retiral benefits of the petitioners along with interest @ 12 per annum and to decide the legal notice dated 1.2.2022, Annexure P-8.
