RSA No.1259 of 1987 [2] Learned counsel for the appellants submits that a registered letter had been sent to the appellants and as per the postal receipts, Sher Singh has died and none of his legal representatives were found. Learned counsel for the appellants pleads no instructions in this matter. In this view of the matter, this Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. Ordered accordingly. Copy of this order be conveyed at the given address of both the appellants.
Liberty is afforded to the appellants/their LRs to move an appropriate application within six weeks.
