HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of order dated 28.03.2022 (Annexure P-1), vide which, the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender in case FIR No.184 dated 15.05.2020, registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 201 read with Section 34 IPC added later), at Police Station Dabua, Faridabad. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present petition and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
