(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2-4 to proceed further with the investigation in case of FIR No.432 dated 17.11.2022 under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 506 IPC 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act 1959 registered at Police Station Firozpur Jhirka, District Nuh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the FIR having been registered in the month of November 2022, no serious effort is being made by the Investigating Agency to conclude the investigation.

Mr. Sumit Jain, Addl. AG Haryana, who is already on notice, on instructions from Mr. Varun Singla, S.P., Nuh submits that all sincere efforts shall be made to conclude the investigation in the aforementioned FIR so as to submit the final report with the concerned Court within a period of 8 weeks from today.
