On 05.02.2020, the following order was passed:- "Notice of motion for 21.04.2020.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioner by the Arresting/Investigating Officer, he shall be released on interim bail subject to the following conditions:-

1. That he shall make himself available for interrogation by a Police Officer as and when required;

2. That he shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any Police Officer and;

3. That he shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court."

CRM-M-5077-2020(O&M) -2Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rohtash Singh, has stated that the complainant was also arrested in the present case and now he has been released on regular bail. He has further stated that the petitioner has since joined investigation and has fully co-operated and he is no longer required for further investigation at this stage.

In view of the above, the order dated 05.02.2020 is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, join investigation as and when called. The petitioner shall also abide by all the terms and conditions as specified under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Disposed off accordingly.
