**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present revision petition, challenge has been laid to order dated 23.01.2023 passed by the Executing Court. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that execution proceedings have finalized/culminated before Executing Court whereby, no cause survives in the present revision petition. 3.

Similarly, learned counsel for petitioner also points out that in another civil suit filed at her instance, an interim order has been passed by the trial Court on 04.08.2023 and the petitioner does not intend to press the present revision petition. 4.

Dismissed being not pressed.
