The present appeal pertains to the year 2019 and repeatedly the same has been adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. On 24.02.2025 the following order was passed : " Present appeal pertains to the year 2019 and the same has repeatedly been adjourned on request of counsel for the appellant. Today also the case has been called twice, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 21.07.2025. Meanwhile, a scanned copy of the record of both the Courts be requisitioned before the next date of hearing. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted and in the event of case being not argued on the next date of hearing, the same shall be dismissed for nonprosecution." 2.

Today the case has been called twice since morning. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant either physically or through hybrid mode.
