Dated Police Station Sections 16.09.2022 State Vigilance Bureau, Gurgaon 120B, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988, 13(1)(a) & 13(1)(b) IPC 1.

The petitioner, apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Petitioner's counsel submits that vide order dated 29.01.2024 passed in CRM-M4347-2024, this Court had observed as under:- "7. Given above, present petition is allowed and order dated 30.11.2023 (Annexure P-6), is quashed and set aside qua the petitioner, subject to the condition that petitioner shall put in appearance before the trial Court on or before 09.02.2024 and in case, he fails to do so, it would imply that despite petitioner's knowledge, he avoided appearance before the concerned Court and based on such assumption, present order shall stand recalled automatically without reference to this Court under Section 362 read with 482 CrPC."

Petitioner's counsel submits that he is apprehending that the moment he appears before the concerned Court, he will be taken into custody. 4.

Given above, in the entirety of facts and circumstances, more particularly the fact that petitioner is a student of M.A. Disaster Management Session 2022-2024 pursuing ANJU RANI 2024.02.07 14:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-6264-2024 2024:PHHC:016131 from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra as mentioned in para 2(a) of the present petition, petitioner is at liberty to file application for bail under Section 438 CrPC before the trial Court and in that eventuality, trial Court is requested to grant him interim bail till the disposal of said application in accordance with law. Trial Court is further requested to adjourn the main case i.e. trial beyond the date of disposal of bail petition on 09.02.2024. Petitioner is also directed to comply with the order dated 29.01.2024 passed in CRM-M-4347-2024.
