Dhillon, AAG, Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No. 473 dated 10.05.2019, registered at Police Station Gurgaon Sadar, District Gurugram, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 451 and 506 IPC as well as all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that compromise has been effected between the parties and as such FIR in question already stands quashed in CRM-M-21817-2022 vide order dated 02.04.2024 and the instant petition be disposed of as the same has become infructuous .
