Instant petition has been filed praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court vide order dated 27.09.2022, Annexure P-2, in case FIR No.0007, dated 18.01.2022, under Sections 363, 366-A, 506 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Shri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.2 was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide impugned order dated 27.09.2022, however, after having been granted the same, he is misusing the concession of bail as victims are being threatened. He submits that for redressal of his grievances, he has also filed a complaint/representation, dated 11.12.2024, Annexure P-5, to Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, however, the same has not been decided till date. CRM-M-5710-2025 -2Muktsar Sahib, has not been made a party in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file amended memo of parties by impleading Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib as a party/respondent No.3 in this case, today itself. 4.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.Tarun Aggarwal, Sr.DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, to take into consideration the representation (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and ensure necessary action to be taken thereon expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within two weeks from today, if allegations levelled in the representation are found to be true.
