HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN PRESENT: Petitioner No. 1-Priyanka, is present in personal along with her mother-respondent No. 5-Usha Devi.

RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners, at the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5.

Petitioner No. 1-Priyanka, who is present in person along with her mother-respondent No. 5-Usha Devi aged around 44 years, submits that petitioner No. 2-Maniash Kumar Yadav, forcibly solemnized marriage with her by taking her signatures on blank papers. Now, she does not want to live with petitioner No. 2 as his wife and has no threat perception from her parents i.e. respondents No. 4 and 5. She further submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
