As is apparent from the order dated 28.01.2025, this Court had directed the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana (Rural) to ensure the protection of life and liberty of the petitioner, to which learned counsel submits that the representations dated 16.12.2024 and 15.01.2025, Annexure P-3 and P-6 respectively submitted by the petitioner may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner and she be not called to the police station without issuing any Parwana/notice, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 2.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of her claim, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to look into the representations dated MOHIT 2025.08.25 17:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
