***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in this petition is for the quashing of the criminal complaint No.COMI65/2016 dated 06.09.2016 titled as 'Bheem Chand Vs. Tegveer and others' under Sections 165/167/418/419/420/423/ 465/467/468/471/474/120-B IPC registered with Police Station Sadar, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1) qua the petitioners, pending in the Court of SDJM, Dhuri and all subsequent proceedings initiated thereafter on the basis of compromise dated 26.01.2022 (Annexure P-2). On 18.02.2022, the parties had been directed to appear before Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording their statements with regard to the compromise dated 26.01.2022.

As per the report submitted by SDJM, Dhuri (Duty), dated 04.02.2022, the complainant-respondent had appeared before the Illaqa SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.07.07 05:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Magistrate on 16.03.2022, 21.03.2022 and 28.03.2022 but the accused-
