The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.207 dated 25.11.2020 registered under Sections 376, 417, 506 IPC at Police Station Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar.

By an order dated 16.02.2021, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Palwinder submits that petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 16.02.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
