The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to remove/clear pending entry of traffic challan dated 22.07.2019 from online portal as challan stands paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already paid fine qua challan dated 22.07.2019 still it has not been removed from the portal.

Learned State counsel submits that competent authority would look into the matter and if it is found that petitioner has already cleared his liability, aforesaid challan would be removed within a week from today.
