The present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for directing the learned Appellate Court, Panipat to decide the application for stay filed by the petitioner. 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for stay has already been decided by the learned Court and, therefore, no effective relief survives for adjudication in the present petition.

In view of the above submission, the present civil revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. 4.
