**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to official respondents to send the surety bail bonds to petitioner for signing as he has been granted concession of parole for 3 weeks by the District Magistrate Shamli, Uttar Pradesh.

Learned State counsel informs that the petitioner is involved in two more cases and thus, cannot be granted benefit as prayed for in terms of Section 11(1) of Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1988.

Even as per the records, no one is appearing on behalf of the petitioner since 06.07.2023 despite the matter having been adjourned for number of hearings. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present case, the same thus, stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail his remedies in accordance with law for the purpose of seeking parole.
