(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail for two months in case FIR No.358/2018 dated 8.9.2018 registered under Sections 34, 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 Indian Penal Code, sections 4, 5 and 6 of PCMCSA, 1978 and Section 3(2) of HPIDEFA, 2013 at Police Station Sadar, Fatehabad. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and prays for withdrawal. The prayer is accepted.
