The petitioner is seeking setting aside of order dated 23.06.1995(Annexure P-3) and 18.06.1997 (Annexure P-5). 2.

The dispute relates to gratuity. The petitioner is claiming that private respondent has not worked for minimum five years to claim gratuity. 3.

The operation of impugned orders was stayed vide order dated 31.07.1998. The matter is pending before this Court since 1997 and the amount involved is Rs. 5819.75. The amount is lying with the Controlling Authority and private respondent is not coming forward to collect the said amount.
