RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to consider her name on the post of Extension Lecturer in Geography against the vacant posts in Government Colleges at Gurugram-respondent Nos. 3 to 5. In this regard, petitioner has given applicants/representation (P-2 and

3) but no action has been taken till date.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondent No. 2 to decide the application/representation (P-2 and 3) and adjust the petitioner against vacant post of Extension Lecturer (Geography, as per workload existing in January, 2020. The respondent No. 2 shall pass appropriate orders on the application/representation (P-2 and P-3) of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
