ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release dual pensionary benefits along with interest up to date for the service rendered by the petitioner in the respondent department.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner submitted a representation dated 15.02.2020 (Annexure P-3), but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, at this stage, if a final decision, either way, is taken by the respondents on the representation dated 15.02.2020 (Annexure P-3). 4.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the representation dated 15.02.2020 (Annexure P-3) and also by keeping in view the contentions stated in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation and decide the same, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 8.
Disposed of accordingly.
