HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Present petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 21.12.2021 passed by learned JMIC, Patiala whereby he has been directed to pay compensation amount of Rs.5,00,000/- till 27.01.2022, failing which recovery proceedings would be initiated against him. With the consent of the parties, present petition is disposed of by modifying order dated 21.12.2021 to the extent that the petitioner would deposit the compensation amount of Rs.5 lacs with JMIC Patiala on or before 10.04.2022. Such deposit would abide by the result of the Criminal Revision No.1264 of 2016 filed by the petitioner, which is pending before this Court.
