**** AJAY TEWARI, J.(Oral) This appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 3.9.1988 of the Sub-Judge First Class, Mansa wherein he dismissed an application for succession certificate filed by the appellant. The appellant had applied for succession certificate on account of death of her son being a Class-1 heir. As per the appellant, the other Class-1 heir (widow) was disentitled to inherent anything because she had murdered her husband. The Court found that at that time though the trial Court had recorded conviction but appeal was pending in this Court and consequently, directed the parties to file a regular suit to establish their right after the decision of the criminal appeal. Today, learned counsel states that the appeal filed in this Court was also dismissed but thereafter SLP was filed and he does not know the fate thereof. In the circumstances, no fault can be found with the judgment of the Court below.
