CRM-M-6569 of 2022 Custody certificate filed by the State be taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition, however, a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously by giving short adjournments and if either of the party seeks adjournment the same is to be granted for justifiable reason only which is to be recorded in the interim order. The State shall of course cause appearance of PWs in the Court on the date(s) fixed by the trial Court.
