The petitioner incarcerated in the FIR captioned above had come up before this Court under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, [BNSS], seeking regular bail.

In para No. 17 of the petition, the petitioner has mentioned that there are two other cases have been registered against him. However, State counsel submits that as per State instructions, there are four more cases are pending against the petitioner.

Given above, the present petition stands dismissed on the ground of concealment with liberty to file fresh one after disclosing all criminal antecedents. Since, the petitioner has already given power of attorney to his counsel in this petition, as such, Registry shall not insist to file power of attorney in case fresh petition is filed and power of attorney filed in this petition shall suffice. All pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
