PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) The petitioners seek action against the respondent for having disobeyed the order passed by the Writ Court deliberately. 2.

It is a matter of record that the order passed by the Writ Court as affirmed in the Intra Court Appeal i.e., LPA No.1628/2024 vide order dated 13.01.2025, is now subject matter of SLP(C) No.8020/2025, wherein the notice has been issued.

In view thereof, this Court does not find it to be a case of wilful disobedience.

In the aforesaid peculiar facts & circumstances of the case, this Court finds no reason to keep the present contempt petition pending. The same is disposed off.
