The present appeal pertains to the year 2019. On 28.02.2024 the following order was passed :

'Repeatedly, the case has been adjourned on request of learned counsel for the appellants. On 18.10.2023 the case was adjourned on a written request circulated by counsel for the appellants though none had appeared to press the written request on that day. Today also a written request for an adjournment has been circulated on behalf of arguing counsel for the appellants on the ground that he is unwell.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 14.10.2024.' 2.
