This is the third petition, which has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.91, dated 25.07.2019, registered under Sections 342, 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act, 2012, later on added Section 30 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Nurpur Bedi, District Rupnagar. 2.

From the last two dates no one has been putting in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today also no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned State counsel submit that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined in the present case and now the case is pending for defence evidence.
