 The petitioner has filed this application for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 29 dated 11.04.2024 under Section 21/29/61 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station City Dhuri, District Sangrur wherein the petitioner is in custody since 11.04.2024. 2.

Though the petitioner has clean antecedents but considering the commercial quantity seized of 280 grams of Heroine from the possession of the petitioner and other co-accused, it would be appropriate to await examination of main prosecution witnesses, which is yet to be done. 3.

Accordingly, this Court declines the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner for the time being with the aforesaid liberty.
