             RSA No.1605 of 1987 (O&M) (1). Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that as per the settlement arrived at between the parties vide Deeds of Settlement 04.09.2014 and 08.12.2014 (Annexure A1 & A2, respectively), the respondent-plaintiffs have agreed to withdraw the Civil Suit No.104 of 25.03.1981 (Birpal Kaur and others vs. Jagdhir Singh and others) as also to withdraw their claim and stake in the suit land. (2). In this view of the matter and in the light of the deeds of settlement (Annexure A1 & A2) executed between the parties, the instant appeal stands disposed of in terms thereof. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement and the respondent-plaintiff shall have no claim qua the disputed property. (3). The civil suit giving rise to this appeal stands withdrawn and consequently, judgments and decrees passed by the Courts below are set aside and the instant appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.

(4). Ordered accordingly.
