Learned counsel submits that during pendency of this petition, the petitioner been promoted to the post of Central Head Teacher in the year, 2024, however, not from the date of his juniors were promoted, details regarding which, have been given in para 7 of the petition. In this regard, she will submit a detailed representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner 2.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case petitioner submits a representation within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be considered and decided, within a period of 4 months from the date of its receipt, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
