***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) CRM-34906-2024 By way of filing the instant application, the applicant/petitioners seek permission to withdraw the main case, which is presently fixed for 13.2.2025.

Mr. Akash Sheoran, Advocate for Mr. Sarfraj Hussain, Advocate representing the petitioner submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the main case itself, which is presently fixed for 13.2.2025. In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioners for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the instant application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main case i.e. CRM-M-6138-2024, which is stated to be fixed for 13.2.2025, is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
