This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 11.12.2025 passed in CWP-34186-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has pointed out that the order dated 11.12.2025 has since been complied with and the original Pension Payment Order (PPO) has been handed over by the learned counsel for respondent No.2 to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
