Main case Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.100 dated 11.12.2018, registered under Sections 338, 336 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Badali Ala Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 24.01.2019 (P-2).

CRM-M-5034 of 2019 (O&M) --2-- Pursuant to order dated 09.04.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 01.05.2019 along with receipts of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fatehgarh Sahib, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.218 dated 07.05.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, vide letter bearing No.3197/EB dated 14.05.2019. According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fatehgarh Sahib, is satisfied that the compromise arrived at between the parties appears to be an outcome of voluntary act and without any pressure.

Considering the report of ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fatehgarh Sahib, dated 07.05.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.100 dated 11.12.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner only. Disposed of accordingly.
