This is a petition for issuance of directions to the official respondents for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from the private respondents arrayed in the petition. Petitioners have stated that they are residing in the home of petitioner No. 2, there is no danger to their life and liberty from anyone and they do not require police protection. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of statements produced, no cause of action survives for pursuing the present petition.

Disposed of as infructuous.
