Petitioners have come before this Court under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 08.04.2022 by this Court.

The petitioners' counsel submits that inadvertently some facts and amount could not be mentioned in the present petition and he wants to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh with clarification that filing and withdrawal of the present petition should not come in the way of petitioners while filing fresh petition.

Given above, present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with clarification that in addition to the grounds already taken, it shall be permissible for the petitioners to add additional SMRITI 2024.02.09 12:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
