Present petition is filed under Article 226 of the constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 28.01.2020 (P-12) passed by respondent No.2; whereby claim of the petitioner not to declare her surplus and transferring under rationalization policy has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that in view of the stand taken by respondents in the written statement, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
