CWP No.3124 of 2020(O&M)  The grievance of the petitioner is that despite issuance of legal notice dated 26.12.2019, no action has been taken by the respondents.

In view of nature of prayer made in this petition, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to take note of pending legal notice dated 26.12.2019 and decide the same in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
