The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petitions filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, for directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue his service as Sewadar/Peon/Helper.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had been relieved, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition but with liberty to file a representation before the competent authority, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.
