In the last order it was clearly mentioned that in case of noncompliance, the appeal shall be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. Learned counsel for the appellants states that he had written several letters to the appellants no response has been received from them, therefore, the last order could not be complied with. Under the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (H.S.
