(ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent-Commission to treat him eligible for the post of Welfare Organizer (Category no.16) in view of advertisement dated 07.09.2019 (Annexure P-1) as he belongs to Ex-Serviceman category. 2.

Learned State counsel, on advance service, joins proceedings and submits that the petitioner's claim has been accepted during pendency of the writ petition and this fact has also not been disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, the proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous.
