Randhawa, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.3 and 4 not to act illegally or to cause any interference in his possession over his house in respect of which he has already approached the Civil Court which has passed an order granting interim injunction in favour of the petitioner and against respondent No.5. The learned counsel has submitted that respondents No.3 and 4 at the instance of respondent No.5 have been harassing him in order to pressurize him to give up his legitimate claim over the property in question. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. As far as the violation of any order passed by the Civil Court in concerned i.e. order dated 10.5.2019 (Annexure P-1), it shall be open to petitioner have recourse to the appropriate remedies including filing of an application under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC.

( 2 ) CRM-M-5166-2020 (O&M) However, as far as the averments made by the petitioner to the effect that respondents No.3 and 4 are going out of the way to help respondent No.5, this Court does not deem appropriate to make any expression at this stage as regards the veracity of said averments. The petition, however, is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (Punjab) to look into the matter and to dispose of the representation dated 17.1.2020 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law. In case, there is any element of truth in the allegations levelled in the said representation, then necessary steps as warranted under law be taken thereupon against respondents No.3 and 4. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana (Punjab) so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
