RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner in case FIR No.135 dated 09.07.2019 registered under Sections 379-A, 342 IPC at Police Station Sector 6, Dharuhera, District Rewari.

Heard.

Considering registration of five more cases of similar nature against the petitioner in the State of Uttar Pradesh and one under Section 307 IPC for firing upon police, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
