Suit was instituted for permanent injunction to restrain the defendants from interfering in possession of the property as described in the plaint.

By efflux of time, the matter may have been rendered infructuous. No further adjudication may therefore be necessary. Appeal is hereby disposed of. Liberty is, however, granted to the appellants to seek revival, in case, any cause of action survives.
